Returns Are Extremely Easy

If there is an issue with your order, or you'd like to return an unopened product, here's what to do:

1. Send it to the following address:

2. Include the packing slip you received with your original order.

3. Once we receive it, we will credit your account for the cost of the product.

4. If you have an unopened product, there is no time limit for returns.

If You're Unhappy Within 90 Days, We'll Refund You.

If you're unhappy with our product, contact us and we will refund the cost of your product. We don't require you to send your product back in.

We want you to be happy. If our products aren't right for your pet, you shouldn't have to be at a loss financially.

So, if you don't see positive results, let us know within 90 days of your order and we will make things right.

What Happens When You Place a Subscription Order?

We take 20% off the cost of your order.
You receive free shipping.
Orders are sent automatically at the frequency of your choosing.
You can cancel any time. There are no commitments or obligations.
Canceling is as easy as one click - we will not make it difficult for you to stop ordering. You can cancel in your account, or you can contact us any time to cancel.
We contribute 3% of the proceeds of your order to animals at shelters and rescue missions.

Here's how to place a subscription order:

Find the product you'd like to buy (start looking)
Select "Subscribe & Save" on the right-hand side.
Just below, click the "Deliver every 30 days" drop down.
Select how often you'd like your orders shipped.
Add to cart and buy.

Once you place that order, your shipment will send. Then, after the period of time that you've selected, another order will ship out.

Adjusting Your Subscription

If you'd like to make any changes to your subscription, you can do so by clicking the account icon 👤 at the top right of this page, or any page on our website. It's next to the cart icon 🛒
