To ensure that you receive the freshest possible hemp pet products, Lolahemp strives to ship your hemp pet products same day when ordered before 11 am PST. We are open and ship Monday – Saturday.

Due to regulation, we do not ship to Nebraska, Idaho, Iowa and North Dakota. We also do not ship internationally.

  • FedEx 2-Day - Delivery in 2 business days from time of shipping
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery in 1 business day from time of shipping

Returns

If you need to return an unopened hemp pet product, please send it back to PO BOX 269 Scarsdale NY 10583 with the original packing slip and we will credit your account for the cost of the product.

For opened products that you're unsatisfied with, you don't need to ship it back to us. Refer to our 90 day refund policy for more information in cases where you're unhappy with an opened product.

If you are not satisfied with our product within the first 90 days of purchase, please contact us, and we will issue a refund for the product(s) purchased, less shipping costs. Customers are not required to return the product, though we may kindly ask you to do so in order to donate or share within our community.
Please note that refunds apply to one product per order. If multiple products are purchased, refunds will be issued for only one item, unless the situation warrants special consideration. For example, if you’ve ordered multiple oils, we will only refund one. However, if you have purchased products like chews, and your dog requires more than one bag to see results, we understand and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
