Dosage
Starting dosing is .5mL twice daily. Squirt the oil under your tongue and hold it there for 20 seconds, then swallow whatever is left. Increase as needed every few days if you are not experiencing benefits. Max dosage is 2mL twice daily. Shake well before use.
