Human Oil Dosing:
- Starting dosing is .5mL twice daily.
- Squirt the oil under your tongue and hold it there for 20 seconds, then swallow whatever is left.
- Increase as needed every few days if you are not experiencing benefits. Max dosage is 2mL twice daily. Shake well before use.
